Dry and Smoky Tallahassee
Since it has not rained in the last three months (except for few tenth of an inch), Tallahassee is really dry. All the pollen that fell on cars, homes, and roads were slowly being swept away by wind. But now the smoke has settled in. The smoke is due to the wildfires burning west of Tallahassee (near Lake City, Florida).
We are having smoky days for the last three out of four days. No signs of rain yet. Let us hope and pray that rain comes quickly.
